Photographers are the biggest exaggerators in the world, they take something small and make it seem like it's the most important thing in the world.

My work is about capturing the moments in between a hectic life. I use birds to illustrate this point, we see them every day but most people hardly bat an eye at them. Not only that, but they spend their whole lives flying around all day, however, it seems like most of the time I see them, they’re standing on some branches rather than flying. When I see them I often imagine what they are doing, thinking or feeling. Eventually, I started to see my feelings manifest in the birds, so my goal was to capture those feelings and translate them into my photography.
